45 mini sit with you for 45 minutes, intuitively cleaning and transmuting what needs changing. i'll do grid work, spend time with necessary deities and spirit guides, i'll work on cleansing and protecting your house and connections as well as timeline healing and shifting.

this isn't a session. it's a container.
twice a week for twelve weeks, an hour at a time, i throw everything i have at your actual life — reiki, spirit guidance, CBT coaching, timeline and soul wound work, whatever that week is asking for. we clear, we build, we adjust, and then we come back before any of it has a chance to settle backward.
you don't rebuild a life in a weekend. you rebuild it by showing up twice a week and letting the work stack until one day it isn't the same life.

what actually happens
reiki is energy work. i don't need to be in the room with you — energy doesn't care about distance, and neither do i.
you book a time. you lie down, or you don't. you can be at work, asleep, driving, doing dishes. i sit with your energy for the length of the session and i work: clearing what's stuck, realigning what's crooked, pulling out what isn't yours, and listening for whatever wants to be said.
afterward, i tell you what i found.
you don't have to believe in it. you don't have to explain yourself. you don't have to have a good reason. curiosity is a reason.
